How to cancel or refund a ticket
Here’s how you can cancel or refund a ticket.
- Go to Organizer Dashboard.
- On the left menu, click on Orders. Then, click the order that you wish to cancel or refund by clicking on the Eye icon.
- On the next page, you will see the order details. On the same line as the order number (such as Order details #1234), click on the text Edit and select Cancelled or Refunded.
- When prompted with “Are you sure you want to cancel this order? This action cannot be undone”, click OK.
- You will now see that the order status has changed to Cancelled or Refunded.
